2019 OCR User Conference Recap

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE: OCR's annual User Conference provides OCR customers, partners and associates with exposure to new EASE features, enhancements and best practices across the industry. Government speakers and industry leaders share relevant topics and discuss compliance across organizations.

Day 1: We enjoyed meeting clients and guests at registration. Our presentations began with a warm welcome from Raj and Michel. We heard many innovative and engaging talks from guest speakers and OCR colleagues. Our keynote speaker, Karen Wrege, Chief Information Officer at the Department of State, delivered a DECCS Update, followed by many other guest speakers: Kunalsinh Vaghela’s Global Vox team along with Oracle and Chuck Nagel and Justin Marble from Moog, among other guests. OCR’s Danny Chavis and Raghav Ahuja spoke on the latest regulatory changes in the UK and EU.

Day 2: OCR colleagues guided our clients through helpful workshops and product training. They met with clients to have individual talks and walk throughs of EASE.

I really enjoyed all of the speakers - the information was very helpful. As a customer, I truly felt appreciated and it was an honor to be here, location and space was great!"

I enjoyed the DECCS presentation and Do’s & Don’ts. In general, panels/presentations by users are/were insightful and thought provoking."
