Raj K. Boveja – CEO & President
More than two decades ago, Raj first transformed his deep insider’s knowledge of industry practices
and government regulation into OCR Services, Inc. Since then, he’s leveraged his industry prowess to
establish standards for software, web-based application tools and information databases for international
trade. Today, Fortune 2000 companies worldwide rely on his innovations such as the Export Automation
Software Essentials (EASE) suite of products.
OCR’s strategic direction was inspired by his work with the U.S. Departments of Commerce, State and
Treasury, where Raj consulted on the integration of software solutions for the international trade community.
Raj holds a Bachelor's Degree of Science from the State University of New York and a Masters in Business
Administration from the George Washington University.
Rakesh Allahabadi, PhD - Vice President Operations and General Counsel
In 2000, Rakesh joined forces with OCR Services, Inc. as the Director of Business Development. He’s
a tested 20-year veteran in managing software engineering, client support, remote-site development,
operations, business development and sales teams.
Rakesh launched his career at ABB Impell Corporation where he gained valuable expertise in quality assurance
and consulting projects worth over a million dollars. At MSC Software, he led the launch of MSC.NASTRAN,
the respected engineering analysis software for the Aero and Auto sectors. Anticipating industry trends,
he managed remote site development teams in Taiwan and India, as well as a high-performance distributed
computing program funded by DARPA.
Rakesh holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, India. He also
holds an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. He received
a J.D. from Concord Law School as valedictorian of his class. He has also co-authored several papers
in his field. He is an attorney admitted to practice law in California.
Michael Dodier - Vice President of Sales
Michael contributes over 20 years of high-tech sales experience to OCR. As leader of our U.S. and international
sales efforts, he stresses strong relationships and partners sales efforts with other company functions.
Michael founded Bac-Tech Systems and produced an innovative ASP (Application Service Provider) for EDI
solutions to Fortune 500 companies. In 2001, he merged with EB2B, an e-commerce supply chain software
company and went on, as Executive Vice President, to create the sales organization.
Michael also served as the Eastern United States Sales Director at Data General, where he grew his number
one sales division from $25M to $164M in revenue in just three years. As Marketing Manager for Data
General's Continuing Products Division, he implemented a direct sales strategy for refurbished mini-computers
that grew to annual sales in excess of $180 million.
Michael’s marketing degree is from Bryant University, and he’s a graduate of East Coast Aero Technical
School. He holds Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified Airframe and Power-Plant licenses.
Sudhir Bhatnagar - Director of Software Development
Sudhir brings to OCR over 25 years of managerial and technical experience in software design. He piloted
the development of several of our critical EASE solutions now in use at major Fortune 500 companies.
He also spearheads OCR's product integration with SAP.
Before joining OCR, Sudhir led the creation of leading-edge LDAP directory, X.500 directory, Internet
security and web technology products.
He holds a Bachelors degree of Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Masters in
Computer Science from the City University of London.
